Cancellation and No-Show Policy
My time is valuable and so is yours. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving me enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my wait list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need.
Since services are by appointment, a credit card is required to hold your time with me. Your credit card will not be charged until services are rendered. However, if you give me less than 48 hours notice, or you don’t show up at all, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the service.
In turn, I promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well. I appreciate you and your business! Thank you.
